Since today is the first day of summer, we wanted to share these favorites with you. These drink recipes are delicious and perfect for your next BBQ or summertime party. Mai Tai 1 oz Bacardi Superior Rum 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup 1/2 oz Paisley & Sage Triple Sec Sweet and Sour mix Pineapple Juice 1/2 oz Gosling’s Black Seal Dark Rum Pour light rum, orgeat syrup, and triple sec, in order, into a collins glass. Almost fill with equal parts of sweet and sour mix and pineapple juice. Add dark rum, a large straw, and serve unstirred. Blueberry Bourbon 1 Lemon Wedge 2 tsp Simple Sugar 15 Fresh Blueberries 2 oz Cooper’s Mark Bourbon 1-2 oz Ginger Beer Blueberries Lemon Slices In a cocktail shaker, muddle lemon and sugar. Add blueberries and muddle until all the blueberries are crushed. Pour in the whiskey, cover and shake vigorously. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Strain cocktail over ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish if desired. Mimosa 2 oz Orange Juice 4-6 oz Louis Pedrier Brut Add Louis Pedrier Brut to a Champagne Flute. Top with Orange Juice. Bellini Peach Puree or Peach Nectar 4 – 6 oz Gancia Prosecco Add Gancia Prosecco to a Champagne Flute. Top with Peach puree or nectar. Hurricane 1 oz Bacardi Superior Rum 1 oz Gosling’s Black Seal Dark Rum ½ oz il Tramonto Amaretto 2 oz Pineapple juice 1 oz Orange juice 1/2 oz Grenadine Combine in cocktail shaker, shake, and strain into hurricane glass full of ice. Top with a grenadine and serve with straw. Cosmo 1 3/4 oz. Three Olives Vodka 1/2 oz Cointreau 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice 1/2 oz Lime Juice 1/4 oz Simple Syrup Shake Three Olives Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Pour over a coupe. Tequila Sunrise 1 1/2 oz 1800 Tequila Silver 3/4 cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice Ice cubes 1/2 oz Grenadine 1 slice orange, for garnish 1 Maraschino Cherry for garnish Stir or shake together 1800 Tequila and orange juice. Fill a chilled 12 oz. glass with ice cubes; pour in orange juice mixture. Slowly pour in the grenadine, and allow it to settle to the bottom of the glass (be patient). Dark & Stormy 2 oz Gosling’s Black Seal Dark Rum 4 oz ginger beer Lime wedge Mix ingredients together in an old-fashioned glass over cracked ice, and serve. Cape Codder 1 1/2 oz Gray’s Peak Vodka 3 oz Cranberry Juice 1 lime wedge Pour Vodka and Cranberry Juice into a highball glass over ice. Stir well, add the wedge of lime, and serve. Old Fashioned 1 sugar cube 2 dashes Angostura orange bitters 2 oz TINCUP Whiskey Combine sugar and bitters in the bottom of a glass until the sugar dissolves, fill the glass with ice, add TINCUP Whiskey and stir to combine.
