Nothing says Valentine’s Day like pink and red hues which makes this cocktail perfect for your Valentine’s Day celebration. 

Raspberry Kiss Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Raspberry lemonade
  • 2 oz Steel Dust Vodka (February’s Perfect Pour)
  • Simple syrup
  • Red sugar
  • Raspberries

Directions

Pour a small amount of simple syrup onto a plate then roll the edge of an empty glass in the syrup to coat. Then dip the edge of the glass into red sugar. Fill the glass with ice and add raspberry lemonade and vodka, stir to combine. Garnish with a skewer of fresh raspberries.

A refreshing and minty concoction that won’t only make you think Valentine’s Day, but also might help you drift off into thoughts of summer for a few minutes. 

Watermelon Mojitos

Ingredients (Makes 5 servings)

  • 1/2 a medium size watermelon about 4 lbs watermelon, seeds removed and cut into chunks
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 cup to 1 cup The Black Dog 3 Year White Rum
  • 20-30 fresh mint leaves muddled
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup

Directions

Add your watermelon chunks to a food processor or high speed blender until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute in the food processor or in the blender. Pour the pureed watermelon into a large pitcher and add in the lime juice, muddled mint leaves and stir. Add in the white rum. Stir vigorously for about 15-30 seconds to incorporate. Taste and add the appropriate amount of simple syrup based on the sweetness of your watermelon, up to ½ cup simple syrup, and stir again. Pour into an ice filled glass and enjoy!

Champagne Floats

Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)

  • 6 oz Haton Brut Classic Champagne
  • 4 scoops raspberry sorbet (or your favorite sorbet flavor)

Directions

Scoop the sorbet into 2 champagne glasses. Pour 3 oz of champagne directly onto the sorbet (repeat for second glass). Enjoy immediately.

We have a crush on Bourbon and cherries and this cocktail combines both into a wonderfully spirited cocktail.

Bourbon Cherry Crush

Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)

  • 2 1/2 oz Quarter Horse Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine About Two Shots
  • 1/2 oz Maraschino Cherry Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice or Juice of One Lime
  • 1/4 Cup Sparkling Water or Club Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar, for rimming the glass
  • Extra maraschino cherries and limes for garnish

Directions

Fill a shaker or medium sized pitcher halfway full with ice cubes. Pour the bourbon, grenadine, cherry juice, and lime juice into the shaker or pitcher. Shake or stir well until well mixed and chilled. If desired, pour the sugar onto a small plate and run a cut lime wedge around the rim of the glasses. Dip the rim of the glass into the sugar to coat. Pour the shaken cocktail into prepared glasses. Serve with extra limes, and cherries as desired.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz piñaq Rose
  • 1.5 oz Pulse Coconut Rose
  • Soda water
  • Strawberry for garnish

Directions

Over ice in a tall glass add piñaq Rose and Pulse Coconut Rose. Top with soda water and garnish with a strawberry.
